1950’s (24½”w x 13″h) This 2 color vintage hanger features red and green neon tubing. Acquired without a transformer. This one has the plastic Keystone insert in the middle that’s usually broken or missing. Nice beer sign from the Christian Schmidt Brewing Company in Philadelphia, PA. **SOLD**

1971 (24¾”w x 17″h) This 3 color bar light features yellow, white, and red neon tubing. Original Schmidt’s stamped Franceformer. Still has part of the “Beautiful” transformer sticker.

1960’s (26″w x 15″h) This 2 color sign from Philadelphia features green and red neon tubing. As found condition. Looking for a period correct transformer.

1963 (13″w x 7″h) This plastic wall sign is a beauty! Designed to be wall mounted or has a built-in easel to be displayed on a counter top. The sign is marked C. Schmidt & Sons, Inc Phila.23, PA. Manufactured by Artmann Creative Displays N.Y.C.

1968 (26″w x 17½”h) This 4 color flasher features blue, yellow, white, and pink neon tubing. The upper circle is back-lit with white neon. Original Franceformer transformer.

1968 (7500v/4000v) This Schoenling stenciled France coil transformer is a flasher power supply for my Schoenling sign.

NEW in box 2012 (37″w x 24½”h) This 5 color Austin, Texas bar light features yellow, white, blue, red, and green neon tubing. 3, yes 3 solid state transformers with dimmers. Similar designs were produced for other Texas cities. From Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, TX.

Used in box 2015 (30″w x 22″h) This 3 color sign from Shiner Beers features red, yellow, and white neon tubing mounted on a cattle shaped rear panel. Twin solid state transformers have dimmers. Very cool light. Hot BBQ Cold Beer…yes please.

1950’s (10″w x 8″h x 3″h) This is a nice register mount clock from Stegmaier. It’s a fairly common find but this one has the additional acrylic front base that says “clean taste clear thru”. It’s code dated CR654. Push button switch on the rear of the metal case. Manufactured by Tel-a-sign Inc. in Chicago 9, IL. Original ballast from Robertson Transformer Company in Blue Island, IL. 1940’s (15¾”w x 5½”h) Here’s a beautiful acrylic bar light. This “Canoe” design seems to be a little harder to find rather than the square one that appears online frequently. The back-lit panel is engraved from the rear. “Brewed to the Taste of the Nation”. Push bottom switch on the rear of the metal case. Original plug in ballast from Kulka Electric Co. Mt. Vernon, NY. 1970’s ? (19″w x 11½”h) This vintage Stoney’s Beer bar light was acquired years ago at a trade show. The heavy case is vented and has a pull chain. A very nice example from Jones Brewing Company in Smithton, PA.

1950’s (26½”w x 14″h) Acquired near Pittsburgh in 2018, this 2 color sign features red and white neon tubing. Original marked Stoney’s/Esquire coil transformer. The Ruby glass is excellent. The white tubing has has a couple of repairs along the way. Nice survivor. NFS

This one is so clean, I doubt that it was hanging in a dealership? “Fahrvergnugen” roughly translates into “Driving Enjoyment”, at least according to the Volkswagon advertising reps. Awesome automotive sign!
