NIB (6″l) This 8th edition 2005 Hess Oil Miniature Helicopter is based on the 1995 Hess Helicopter, just without the truck. Being the first motorized Mini to date, both rotors turn and the search light pivots. There are wheels in the skids that allow the piece to roll. Locking base.
