NIB (13″l) This 1984 Hess Oil Toy Truck is a Fuel Oil Tanker with Bank. Based on the 1977/78 tanker, this truck has a coin slot built into the rear portion of the tank, making it the first Bank in the Hess series. Also, there are no more decals used…all logos are molded into the plastic. It has working headlights and taillights, as well as a removable hose.
